I never planned to become a business coach.
My own experience of starting a business led me here, along with the realization that many coaching offers for founders and entrepreneurs are fragmented and, often times, no longer reflect today’s realities.
Over the past few years, I’ve supported hundreds of entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries. One thing has become clear: many coaching formats explore individual topics in great depth but lose sight of the bigger picture and practical application — especially when it comes to making the most of existing resources, finding creative solutions, making decisions in the here and now, and testing ideas early.
That’s exactly where my work begins.
This has led to a clear framework that works across industries and business ideas. It’s not a rigid roadmap, but a way of thinking and making decisions that helps you build and grow a business in a way that is manageable and sustainable.
